  • STOMP Out Bullying™ is the leading national nonprofit dedicated to changing the culture for all students. It works to reduce and prevent bullying, cyberbullying and other digital abuse. It teaches effective solutions on how to respond to all forms of bullying, as well as educating kids and teens in school and online.

Crisis Support

  • Call 1-800-273-8255. The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline is a national network of local crisis centers that provides free and confidential emotional support to people in suicidal crisis or emotional distress 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Mental health

  • Be Strong’s mission is to save and improve the lives of our youth using a peer-to-peer approach by strengthening mental, emotional, and relational health, building resilience, and preventing bullying.

  • Center for Relationship Abuse Awareness provides information and resources on abusive relationships, sexual assault, and safety planning.  

  • Eating Disorders Anonymous is a 12-step program with live and online communities to support you in your recovery.

  • Girlshealth.gov was created in 2002 by the Office on Women’s health a part of the U.S Department of Health and Human Services. They regularly update their information based on the latest scientific research and use their editorial review and guidelines to ensure accuracy.
