What is the program?
Building on Read Alliance’s Teen Leadership Program (TLP), READ has established a post-secondary pipeline to college and careers in education for Teen Leaders.
A Multi-Faceted Approach
High School Experience
- Career Exploration: Opportunities for career exploration through workshops and networking with professionals (including Read Alliance alumni).
- Earn College Credits: Earn college credits that can be applied to future studies.

- Classroom Experience: Hands-on experience and an opportunity to continue working with students through college.
